Hello! I’m Lorraine Welch, an ACAT accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapist (CAT) and Supervisor. I am fully trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy). I am also an MBT (Mentalization Based Therapy) BPC Kite Marked Therapist. I have a professional background and registration in Mental Health Nursing and a BSC in psychology. I have worked in the NHS for 17 years in total.
