I'm Coral Bell, founder of Identity Alchemy™. I work with intelligent, capable women who are accustomed to solving problems, finding answers and making things happen. Yet sometimes, despite all their knowledge, experience and personal development work, they find themselves caught in the same patterns, reactions or situations they thought they'd moved beyond. I understand that world. My background combines years of experience in corporate finance and business with over 20 years exploring energy work, intuitive practices and personal change. What I've discovered is that understanding a problem doesn't necessarily change it. You can know exactly what you're doing, why you're doing it and what you should do differently, yet still find yourself responding in the same old way. That's where Identity Alchemy™ comes in. My approach combines intuitive insight, energy work and practical awareness to explore what's happening beneath the surface. Rather than simply managing the symptoms or finding another strategy to follow, we look at the underlying patterns that influence how you think, feel, react and make decisions. My work draws on a range of approaches, including EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Reiki and other intuitive energy practices. Sessions are individual and responsive rather than following a rigid formula. The intention is to help you move beyond repeatedly analysing the same challenges, recognise what's been keeping you stuck and begin responding differently, with greater confidence, clarity and freedom of choice. Services include: Individual Identity Alchemy sessions: Exploring recurring patterns, emotional responses and the deeper influences behind them. The Alchemy: A four-week program for women ready to explore and shift long-standing patterns, with support to integrate those changes into everyday life. Ongoing integration support: For those who want continued guidance as they put new awareness and choices into practice.
