Rebel Mummy Coaching
I offer holistic life coaching for mothers, combining reflective conversation with mind-body practices such as meditation, breathwork and body awareness to help women reconnect with themselves and trust their own instincts.
I'm Lucy Case, founder of Rebel Mummy Coaching. I'm a holistic life coach, mind-body practitioner and mum, supporting women who want to find their own way through motherhood without losing themselves in the process.
I know that motherhood can bring a whole new set of expectations, pressures and questions about who we are and how we want to live. When you're trying to navigate all of that alongside the everyday demands of family life, it can be difficult to hear your own voice, recognise what you need, or trust yourself when your choices don't fit the conventional mould.
My approach brings together holistic life coaching, mind-body awareness and somatic practices. I'm a dual-certified Holistic Life Coach and Mind-Body Practitioner, I am also a qualified Meditation Teacher (Dip). My additional training includes Insight Coaching, circle holding and ongoing trauma-informed skills development.
I see each person as a whole, recognising the connections between our thoughts, emotions, bodily experiences, relationships and environment. Rather than telling you what to do or offering a set of answers, I provide a compassionate, non-judgemental space for you to explore what's happening in your life, understand yourself more deeply and discover what feels right for you.
Our work might involve reflective conversation, noticing bodily sensations, exploring emotions and beliefs, guided meditation, breathwork or grounding practices. Everything is guided by you and what feels useful for your circumstances. You don't need to arrive with a clear goal or know exactly what you want to change.
I offer one-to-one coaching, from a focused Clarity Session with follow-up support to more ongoing work. You can choose the level of support that feels right for you, without assuming you need to commit to months of coaching. Sometimes a little space and a fresh perspective are enough to help you find your next step; at other times, having someone alongside you for longer can be valuable.
This isn't parenting advice, and it isn't about fixing you or making you fit someone else's idea of how a mother should be. It's about making space for the woman you are, reconnecting with your own needs and values, and building the confidence to make choices that feel true to you.
Because you can love being a mum and still want space to be yourself, too.
