Accredited integrative counsellor and psychotherapist based in West Hampstead, London. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, grief, burnout and major life changes. My approach combines Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis, depending on the individual and what they need. I hold a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Counselling, a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice. I am an NCPS Accredited Registrant. I offer in-person sessions in West Hampstead, Walk & Talk therapy, and online therapy across the UK and internationally. I am recognised by Bupa, Aviva, WPA and Healix for eligible insured clients.
