Harrogate Holistic Healing

I’m Misty, the founder of Harrogate Holistic Healing, and a qualified and experienced Holistic Practitioner. I’m a member of the UK Reiki Federation and IPHM Approved Practitioner, with Reiki training through Levels 1, 2 and 3 (Reiki Master/Teacher), alongside SNHS Diplomas in Crystal Healing, Meditation, Aura & Chakra Healing and Colour Therapy. My approach is gentle, compassionate and individual. I offer Reiki, Crystal Healing, Aura and Chakra Healing, Colour Therapy, Mindfulness & Meditation, as well as tailored wellbeing packages. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing, so I take time to understand each client and what they would like from their session, creating a calm and supportive space where they can feel comfortable and at ease. Clients can expect a relaxed, welcoming environment where they can be themselves, without judgement or pressure. Sessions begin with time to talk about what you’re looking for, allowing me to tailor the approach to you. Whether you’re simply looking for some time to relax and recharge, or you’d like to explore holistic approaches to your overall wellbeing, my aim is to provide a safe, nurturing space where you feel listened to and supported. Alongside my treatment work, I’m passionate about making holistic wellbeing accessible and sharing knowledge through the Harrogate Holistic Hub, my free online resource for people wanting to explore different aspects of holistic wellbeing.
