Mark Greenaway-Robbins Counselling | Psychotherapy

I’m a BACP-registered counsellor and psychotherapist offering relational-integrative therapy for individuals and relationships. My approach is warm, curious and collaborative. I see therapy as a space where we can slow things down, make sense of what you are experiencing and explore what might be getting in the way of living in a way that feels more authentic and fulfilling. Rather than working from a single model, I draw on humanistic, psychodynamic and CBT approaches, alongside a biopsychosocialspiritual perspective. I’m particularly interested in the relationship between our inner experiences, our relationships with others and the wider contexts in which we live. I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, panic, low mood, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, life transitions, sexuality and gender, LGBTQIA+ issues and neurodivergence. I also work with couples and other relationships, including people in non-traditional and consensually non-monogamous relationships. My aim is to create a space where everyone involved can feel heard, understood and able to explore what is happening between them. I welcome people from all backgrounds and identities. You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you want from therapy. We can begin with what is happening for you now and see together where the conversation takes us. I offer sessions in person in London as well as online. I also offer walk-and-talk therapy where appropriate.
