I am a certified and registered Sound Healer, Usui Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, and Mindfulness, Breathwork & Meditation Coach. Through a blend of sound healing, energy work, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation and deep listening, I support people to regulate their nervous system, cultivate self-compassion, release what no longer serves them and restore balance in mind, body and soul.
My Soul Spa offers bespoke wellbeing experiences for individuals, groups, communities and organisations, including:
