I use a combination of conversation, lifestyle exploration and muscle testing to build a picture of what may be out of balance in the body and where support may be needed. Sessions are completely individual and may include exploring nutrition, food sensitivities, vitamins and minerals, supplements, digestion and gut health, alongside hands-on structural techniques, emotional support, Bach flower remedies and personalised lifestyle recommendations. The aim is to look at the whole person, rather than simply focusing on one symptom, and help you understand what your body may need to feel more balanced and supported.
