Hello and a warm welcome to my practice from me, Kirstie. I specialise in loss, grief, and relationship dynamics. As a bereavement counsellor I understand that the grief you are experiencing is individual to you. As a couple and throuples counsellor I appreciate how essential our diverse relationships are to nurture our human connections. I am also a reiki practitioner with a firm belief treatment can help us calm our symphathetic nervous system.

I work in a gentle relational way and believe in building an equal relationship where you feel heard and understood.
