Wounded Healing

Wounded Healing is something very personal to me. It has grown from my own journey of healing, self-discovery and learning to reconnect with myself, and I now offer that same sense of calm, space and connection to others. I am a qualified Reiki Practitioner, having completed Reiki 1 & 2 and practising since 2024, and I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation. I am also qualified in Crystal Energy Healing, Holistic Facial Therapy and Bacial treatments, alongside Level 2 Counselling Skills. My approach is spiritual but grounded. I don't believe in fixing, rescuing or saving people, and I don't see myself as a healer. Instead, I create a safe, calm and non-judgemental space where you can step away from everyday life, slow down and simply be. My treatments include Reiki, Crystal Energy Healing, holistic facials, bacials, relaxing hand and foot rituals and my Just Be sessions. Each session is tailored to the individual, with your comfort, boundaries and needs always respected. Reiki touch is only introduced with your permission. When you come to Wounded Healing, you can expect warmth, kindness and no judgement. There is no pressure to talk, no expectation to be a certain way and no need to have everything figured out.
