Emerald Space Counselling

Hi, I’m Clare, the person behind Emerald Space Counselling. I believe counselling should be a space where you can be yourself, talk openly and feel heard, even when you’re not quite sure how to put things into words. Whether you’re dealing with something specific, feeling overwhelmed by life, or simply finding things difficult at the moment, you don’t have to have everything figured out before you reach out. I’m a qualified Person-Centred Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor, with a Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling and additional training in online therapy. My approach is person-centred and integrative, drawing on different therapeutic approaches and adapting our work to you, rather than expecting you to fit into a particular way of working. Sessions are warm, accepting and collaborative. We’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you, exploring whatever feels important and finding ways of working that feel helpful and comfortable. Sessions take place entirely online, giving you the flexibility to access counselling from wherever you feel most comfortable.
