I believe that it is possible for everyone to experience vibrant health and that the body knows what it needs to find balance and harmony especially when given the right input. With over 20 years’ experience in the field of holistic health, initially training in Health Kinesiology, Reiki & Seichem then The Bowen Technique, I have a myriad of skills to help with many different health problems. I continue to add to my knowledge by undertaking regular continued professional development (CPD), postgraduate training and reading around the fascinating and diverse topics of health, wellness and the human body. I have particularly interest in autoimmune issues, the immune system, arthritic conditions hormonal issues, female health, trauma recovery and the nervous system. I offer tailored consultations where I work to uncover the root cause of your health and life issues, helping you to establish balance and wellness. We are all different even when treating the same set of symptoms, the catalyst that triggered these are unique to the individual. My training in Health Kinesiology, The Bowen Technique and Reiki & Seichem offer many different procedures and protocols to help you.
