My therapy training is in Psychosynthesis Counselling and was undertaken at the Psychosynthesis Trust in London. My intention is to be fully present for my clients. To hold a space that is nourishing and beautiful even when working through the challenges that need to be explored. I have experience with a range of issues including depression, self-esteem, gender identity, anxiety and stress, family and relationship concerns, career or life choices and questions of meaning and spirituality. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and adhere to their ethical framework in my practice.
