As a dedicated BACP-registered Integrative Counsellor, I provide a compassionate and confidential space for individuals aged 16+ to navigate life's challenges. My practice is rooted in the belief that you are the expert in your own life; therefore, I utilize a flexible, integrative approach tailored specifically to your unique needs rather than a one-size-fits-all model. With a BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and specialized training as a Domestic Abuse Champion, I have extensive experience in trauma, autism awareness, suicide prevention, and managing adverse childhood experiences. Whether you are struggling with emotional patterns, self-harm, or general mental health concerns, I am here to listen with curiosity and empathy. We will work collaboratively at your own pace to foster understanding, build coping mechanisms, and find a meaningful path forward. I offer professional in-person therapy in Long Melford, Suffolk, as well as secure online and telephone sessions accessible throughout the UK.
