I am a retired Consultant Paediatrician and have worked in the UK, Tanzania, Jamaica, Zimbabwe, Libya, the United Arab Emirates, Malawi and South Africa. I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling from the University of Bristol and a Diploma in Supervision from the NAOS Institute. I trained in EMDR in 2010 and became an EMDR Consultant in 2017. I am registered with the General Psychotherapy Council GPsyC. I am amazed by the transforming effects of EMDR in processing trauma memories.
