Hi, let's talk! I'm Charlotte, an award-winning, approachable Counsellor based in Sunningdale, Berkshire working with individuals 18+ both face to face and online.

We can work together on whatever is causing you difficulty such as neurodiversity in families, trauma, anxiety, relational issues and depression, using a variety of counselling approaches and IEMT (Integrated Eye Movement Technique) where appropriate. I have extensive experience in the world of SEN and a particular interest in this area.
