Lena Fenton Counselling

With over 30 years of experience in counselling and psychotherapy, I specialise in psychosexual therapy, sex therapy, and couples counselling, helping individuals and couples navigate complex emotional and relational challenges. I hold an MSc in Psychosexual Couples Counselling from the University of East London and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT), and EMDR UK and Ireland. My integrative approach draws on evidence based modalities including EMDR therapy, person centred therapy, and psychodynamic principles, tailored to each client's unique needs. I work with a wide range of concerns including low libido, sexual dysfunction, performance anxiety, sexless marriage, erectile difficulties, vaginismus, mismatched desire, relationship breakdown, communication issues, affair recovery, and intimacy difficulties. I also offer clinical supervision for qualified therapists and trainees, and I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals and couples. All sessions are delivered online via Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, FaceTime, or phone, providing flexible, confidential support from the comfort of your own home. I offer a £12 introductory session (15 minutes), credited toward your first full session, so we can discuss your needs before committing to ongoing therapy.
