Flickering Mind Holistic Therapies

I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist and founder of Flickering Mind. Alongside private practice, I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties and remain committed to ongoing professional development to ensure I provide evidence-based, ethical and effective care. My practice is built on the belief that therapy should be personalised rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. Every individual brings their own experiences, strengths and challenges, so I tailor each treatment plan to meet your unique needs and goals.
