I am a qualified Complementary Therapist and a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). I offer evidence-informed complementary therapies in a calm, safe, and welcoming environment. My treatments include Reflexology, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Indian Head Massage, Cupping Therapy, and Therapeutic Massage. Every treatment is tailored to each client’s individual needs, helping to reduce stress, relieve pain, improve circulation, support lymphatic function, promote relaxation, and enhance overall wellbeing. I take time to understand each client’s concerns and create a personalised treatment plan to help them achieve the best possible results.
