I have had the privilege of training with two highly respected reflexologists: David Wayte at the Jubilee College in Leicester and Ziggie Bergman, renowned for her bespoke facial and cranial reflexology treatments. Their expertise and guidance have helped shape my approach to delivering high-quality, personalised care. Helping clients feel better, achieve greater balance, and supporting people on their wellbeing journey is at the heart of everything I do. I believe reflexology offers a gentle yet powerful way to work alongside the body’s natural healing systems, encouraging relaxation, restoring balance, and supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing. Alongside my reflexology practice, I have spent over 15 years working within the charitable sector, supporting some of the most vulnerable individuals and communities.
